How to fix the issue: 0x8004010F: Outlook data file cannot be accessed
To correct the following issue 8004010F when using POP3/SMTP accounts in Microsoft Outlook, do the following:
- Download, install and start Recovery Toolbox for Outlook from the site: https://outlook.recoverytoolbox.com/
- Choose a corrupt .PST file in the first window
- Choose Recovery Mode
- Choose a folder to save a recovered file
- Replace the corrupt PST file by a recovered one
Last, you should replace the damaged file to a recovered one or merely add the recovered file to the list of data files in Outlook.
