You should send the log file of the program to our support service. The log file is located in the same folder where Recovery Toolbox for Oulook is installed (for example, D:\Program Files\Recovery Toolbox for Outlook\Err.log).

Also, let us know the version of your OS (Operating System) and Outlook.
